No. IncomeHero is an independent software provider. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify Inc. We just build tools to help Shopify merchants keep more of their revenue.

How many apps are included?

The number of apps depends on your plan. Sidekick includes 5 apps, Hero includes 15, and Legend gives you unlimited access to every current and future app we build.

Can I change plans?

Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time as your store's needs change. Changes are prorated automatically.

What happens when new apps are added?

If you're on the Legend plan, you get instant access to every new app we add at no extra cost. Hero and Sidekick plan members will also see the library grow and can choose to use the new apps if they fit within their plan limits.

Will the price go up as you add more apps?

Our current prices ($49, $99 and $199) are launch rates. As the library grows past 50 and then 100 apps, prices will rise for new merchants. But if you subscribe today, your rate is grandfathered in for life — you keep your current price even as we keep adding apps.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. We don't believe in locking merchants into long-term contracts. If IncomeHero isn't helping you save money, you shouldn't have to pay for it.

Yes! Our Legend plan is perfect for agencies and high-volume stores that need access to all our tools without worrying about individual app costs scaling out of control.
