This is excellent, I recently read a book called “The Rules of Wealth” by Richard Templar (great name!) which kind of said a similar thing. I’ve adopted a lot of these things into my daily life, but it is really hard to stick with some of them. Being strict with yourself is hard work, but if you want to succeed you have to do it.

9, 7, 4 really don’t make much sense to me. Unless your goal is to become an ultrarich workaholic, they just don’t make any sense. “4 hour workweek” really hits hard on them (I think I’ve been pushing that book way too much lately…)
Now on sleep… Imagine having 3 more hours in a day… would that REALLY change anything? Chances are you’d be doing the same bullshit like checking your email 100th time that day or reading yet another book on marketing without applying any of it. If you analyzed what you are doing during the day instead of counting your expenses, you’d find how LITTLE actual work we do (reading newsletters, blogs or creatively procrastinating by reading 10th book on marketing is NOT work).
I’ve read somewhere, though, that if you practice sleeping at regular times each day (say, sleep time strictly at X, wake up at Y) you can actually cut out sleep hours naturally, feel better have more vivid dreams and all that good stuff. But hey, it’s 2AM right now, so I haven’t field tested that!
I just love the 6th one, though! Passive income, not worked for, is what allows you to have more time (which, btw, is kind of running out minute by minute…)
Have fun.
