Believe me, it’s not.
It’s more of a sprint than a marathon and downtimes are to be expected in everyones life. You have to start enjoying your downtimes until you are waiting for your another spurt.
During these last few weeks I’ve been preparing for my next spurt and was looking for a man who could help me improve my physical shape, a guy that could tell me what is the right way to exercise.
I could have done it my way, but this time everything must be done right… Believe me, with my methods you could lose up to 60 pounds in three months, because I did that. But these were such a drastic methods, that I think you wouldn’t even suggest your worst enemy to apply those.
So I’ve found one guy, who is in a physical shape that I want to be in and asked him for a piece of advice. And he agreed to help me out. He gave me specific instructions on what to eat and when to exercise. Now everything is clear as a bell.
Then there’s Gary Halbert. He was a great guy and his newsletter is a treasure of gold, if you want to learn copywriting. I’ve been reading those for a while and one newsletter particularly stuck in my head. It talks about how Gary would teach his clients copywriting in a shortest humanly possible time and I’m naive enough to try this out.
Currently with a day-job out of my way I have a lot of free time and it must be used efficiently. So here’s what I’m going to do everyday for the next 25-30 days.
06:00 Wake up. (Did you know that if you wake up before 7 am your body is in a much better condition to burn fat?)
06:02 Make my bed. (Starting day by finishing a little task will set a whole day for bigger accomplishments.)
06:04 Drink a glass of water.
06:05 Bathroom business.
06:25 Breakfast. (Oat, half liter of milk, piece of fruit.)
06:30 Start reading Copywriting Material.
08:30 Workout. (One day of cardio, other day of bodyweight workout.)
10:00 Post-Workout Meal. (Protein-Shake.)
10:10 Continue reading Copywriting Material. (There are tons of books that Gary recommends to read in order to master Copywriting. I and few other IM guys have decided to take his challenge and in 30 days read all of those books that Halbert recommended to.)
13:00 Lunch.
13:30 Back to Copywriting, there’s still a lot to read.
17:00 Dinner. (Oat with another half liter of milk and a piece of fruit.)
17:00 - 20:30 Free time. Do whatever you like.
20:30 Supper. (Have something light.)
23:00 Go to sleep.
I will live by this schedule for the next 30 days. The main goal here is to learn copywriting in a shortest time possible, not to master it, but just get the basics, and to get into the habit of daily exercising and healthy lifestyle.
