How to Drive Traffic To Your Projects

A lot of people on Twitter are asking me, how the hell do I drive all that traffic to my project sites.

The answer is simple — mostly it’s through Web 2.0 applications, but recently I started using this new TNX system.

First of all, what does it take to get traffic from Google? Of course, better ranking on the search page of the specific keyword. And how do you get one?

Get more linkbacks.

According to Google, webmasters can improve the rank of their sites by increasing the number of high-quality sites that link to their pages.

This is a piece of cake if you have really awesome product that sells by itself and thousands of bloggers are happy to link to it for free, but we all know that only a few of us do, so we have to look for other ways to get some decent amount of linkbacks.
