One thing that holds probably 97% of people from starting their own business is all the legal stuff.
Today almost all of the day I spent trying to figure out what sorts of legal business forms are there and what it takes to establish one. I asked advice of lawyers about contracts and got my basic form of contract. I spent some time with accountants, just to figure out what there is to know about basic company accounting. And made some calls into government institutions to find out everything I could about taxes.
The two things that I will miss about my current working place are printer and a phone line.
These are the best thing that man can get for free.
So today was basically trying-to-find-out-as-much-as-there-is day on the legal side of the business.
