Here are all plugins that Ed Dale recommends to install first thing after you download your Firefox browser:

StumbleUpon — Channel surf the internet with the StumbleUpon toolbar to find great websites, videos, photos and more based on your interests. StumbleUpon learns what you like and makes better recommendations. Twitterbar — The twitterbar extension allows you to post to twitter from the firefox addressbar. Fleck - Annotate the Web — Fleck allows you to add Notes and Bullets to websites. You can then share these annotated pages with other people.

VideoDownloader — Download videos from Youtube, Google, Metacafe, iFilm, Dailymotion, Pornotube… and other 60+ video sites. And all embedded objects on a webpage (movies, mp3s, flash, quicktime, etc).
